Aluminum. 6" long, the big end is 2.5" x 2.5". From that
point, the object becomes round, with
a .75" diameter, ending with a taper starting .25" from
the end of the tip. The big end is
hollowed out to a wall width of 1/8", some inner rounding
is OK. The round portion has
a .25" hole drilled through the center. Fine precision is
not necessary.
If there is a less expensive way to produce something
similar with methods I don’t know
about, please advise.
