Textileather, makers of Vinyls and leathers is in need of a band to go on our substrate rollers. Each roller is 42" dia x 80" long x .75-1.50" long. Rollers are under load at 80 PSI @ 150'/min max.
Bands will solve manufacturing defects of scoring materials. Ideally we'd like to have 2 bands per roll approx 1/16" to mitigate our scrap rate. We intend a stretch fit in house of applicable product. Our current need is to test 2 bands with 2 on backup. Pending testing, future orders may persist.
We are open to collaboration on Rubber material factors that are depentdent upon grade and duro for this application.
