Heat Exchanger Tubes
We would like to ask you to quote for the heat exchangers
shown in the attached drawing.
Please provide pricing, leadtimes, payment terms and
conditions. We need two sets of the
parts shown in the attached drawing. In other words, we
need 16 pieces of the 6” pipe and
16 pieces of the 8” pipe. The 6” pipe is running through
an 8” pipe with 4” water flanges and
6” product flange. The materials are as follows:
6” schedule 40 CS (Cast Steel) for viscose inner fluid
8” schedule 30 CS (Cast Steel) for water outer cooling
The product must stand 150 psi. and can be either
something off-the-shelf or custom
machined. If you do have something similar and ready off-
shelf, please indicate. If not,
please describe how you would manufacture these for us.
