Parts to be provided with a No. 3 finish on both sides per
the note on the drawing.
The final
assy these parts go into will be highly visible in a
medical and/or research facility.
Parts can be quoted using either a waterjet, laser cut or
punch press method of
manufacture as long as the requested tolerance and finish
req’s are met.
Tolerance block on print 11891793 should read:
2 PLACE DECIMAL +/- 0.03"
3 PLACE DECIMAL +/- 0.015"
All dimensions on this part can be held to +/- 0.03" with
the exception
of the overall dimension, 24.125".
Parts can be quoted with the 1.105" 90 degree break or
without. Please note in the
quotation.
