Attached is a bolt design that I am currently building in Taiwan.
Due to the long lead time, I am very interested in sourcing these bolts in the USA immediately. I am soliciting quotes for 50,000 pcs. I would like to see a quote as soon as possible from interested parties.
Please follow the thread callouts on my print and not on the .igs file. The .igs file threads are cosmetic. Also, if you cannot economically build from 10B21, I would like another steel alloy that is of equivalent cost and strength when heat treated to RC20-26 as called for on my print. Currently the bolts are cold headed and heat treated, hence the 10B21. The finish is electroplated black for corrosion resistance and looks. Please call if you have any questions. We are able to accept partial quantities depending on lead time.
I am interested in placing an order for these parts with a vendor ASAP, so I will have to make a cutoff for the receipt of quotes on 1-24-04 at 10PM EST. Please send quotes via e-mail. Sorry for the short lead time.
