LG Aluminum Fairlead
Production of a fairlead. Rectangular part with tapered
ends approximately 11.75" x 2.75" x 1.25" extruded from
6061
Aluminum. Mouth has a 5/8" bevel on the front, with a 3/8"
bevel on the back of the part.
Countersunk 5/8" bolt holes are 10" center to center.
Additional drawings and photos will be
provided. Tolerances must be at least 0.010,
preferably.
Please include anodized finish in quote - colors vary but
will include red, black, blue and
clear.
The part is a guide for synthetic winch rope and surfaces
must be finish milled smooth prior
to shipment.
