Requesting Estimates to micro solder a .018 stanless wire 8"long on each side of a surface mounted 0603 LED.
Then needto take this assembly and pass thru a 50 thousands hole and then have each end of the leads crimped to connectors.
This project will roll out with 2000 first and then with 20,000 per month
We would like to expedite an order immediately. All components will be provided by us. Drawings to be attached on 3-27-04.
REVISED; CONCEPTUAL DRAWINGS AND DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT.
THis clasp has 4 components 2 connectors and 2 Plastic halfs that will slide and snapp together.(NOTE THESE TWO PLASTIC HALHS WILL REQUIRE TOOLING AND HAVE THAT COST AMORTIZED) It holds a coin battery. The two connectors will need to be stamped and as well will require tooling and as well amortized. These connectors will have two leads that are stanless steel strained wire with a nylon coating (.018 gauge)(.024 with coating. They are 7.5" long and each one will be CRIMPED to the connectors as conductors from the battery.We will supply the wire.Attached are some conceptual drawings of the clasp and I do have working drawings for the clasp in a Pro eng.prt format.The clasp should be able to have a soft feeling and at the same time be durable enough for the clasp to be continueous open and closed motion.
