Steering Wheel Coating for steering wheels used in computer gaming hardware system.
Approx sizes, without providing a drawing:
11" O.D and 13" O.D. finished dims
Rough fabricated 10.75" and 12.75"
Dip should add 1/8" thick or 1/4" in dia to the tubes.
3/4" tubing Aluminum conduit
Smooth or textured is acceptable, our last batch have been smooth. Not super hard, not super soft. It has to feel good when in use during a driving game.
Cosmetics and looks are of importance because it is used by the consumer in residential enviornments.
We have 150 pieces in limbo becuase our normal supplier has ceased operations. We look to find a supplier to fill orders consisting of 100 - 150 pieces (we try to stay 75- 75 for the sizes but we may need to vary per sales activity.
Regarding exact material to be used will be determined based on samples we will provide interested parties.
Shipping is a concern as we are in Iowa, up to date we experienced equal price between coating and trucking fee's. There may be other shipping options but we have used UPS to the vendor and trucking in return.
