Plunger
Material is solid stock 1/2" round steel. Lenght is 6". Thickness of the coating should not be more than 0.015. Coating material should be either galvanil or galvanized or equivalent for corrosion resistance. Painting or powder coating is not acceptable since the part needs to be conductive. Drawing is available if needed, please submit a message with e-mail/fax number to send to. Drawing has been attached as of 1:20 pm 10/28/03. This is a prototype run and follow up order will be issued if coating is satisfactory.
