VTD Systems Inc. has built its reputation over the past 16 years on quality and on time delivery which is and has been at 98%-100%. November 05,2004 we moved into our own 9,000sq.Ft.facility which we had custom built for our specific needs so we could manufacture our customers product more efficiently.Our building sits on 4 acres which gives us plenty of room for expansion in the future. We are a "one stop" machine shop in most cases as we can quickly turn prototypes or run your full blown production with the same confidence it will be to customer specs. VTD currently does work for the medical field and industrial close tolerance component parts,Military and DOD. We have a CCR number which we can supply upon request. As well as aftermarket motorcycle and custom performance auto parts from aluminum, stainless steel, tool steels, brass, castings and many many types of plastics. Our machinery list includes, but is not limited to ... Verticle mills, Mori-Seiki Horizontal mill, Mori-Seiki lathes, Tsugami 20mm swiss, and a 32mm.Both with twin spindles and live tooling, plus unlimited support and inspection equipment including a Browne & Sharpe CMM. We will continue to improve the standards by which precision manufacturing services are set.
