We set ourselves apart by our ability to take on complicated 3,4, and 5 axis machining in Colorado from companies throughout the world . We invest alot of our time and resources staying ahead of the technological curve. We have 12 years experience with the Aerospace and medical industries. We have vast experience purchasing certified materials to our customer specs such as its titanium, 17-4, 15-5 , 7075 alu , and 7050 alu , we also strive to maintain an ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system Which our certification date is schedule for March 2009. We can handle 5axis machining from Impellers, Blisks , other turbomachinery components to your complex Aerospace component. We also specialize in machining Casting prototypes from solids to save the investment of tooling.
We just added 2 new 5 axis machines in May of 2008 a DMG DMU-50 and a DMG EVo 70 arrived in September of 2008 which will allow us to hold closer to .0002 tolerances and 5axis simultaneous mill up to a 45" dia. part, and the capabilities to swing a much larger part . which includes impellers, blisks, housings, Aerospace structural components such as Longeron , Intercostal , and many others.
