We are a small manufacturing company with our own product lines which include electrical lockout devices, protective caps (pro-tek-to) to be worn over shoes as an added safety against foot injuries . Our newest product is an electric fish scaler that was designed by a small craft company right here in Warsaw , IN. . Our company was founded in 1947 by a man named Robert Osborn who manufactured cast aluminum parts for the marine industry. They then moved into cast aluminum safety pliers for loading material into press equipment . We continue to manufacture the press loading pliers, thermoform custom plastic products, and we are now looking to open new windows of opportunity. I have been the G.M. here for 2 years and bring 20+ years of orthopedic machining and 10 years CNC programming experience to the company . With the addition of CNC milling capabilities we, here at Osborn, are ready to move forward into a new area of opportunities. We are dedicated to continue making quality parts, as we have for the last 62 years. And we look forward to working with you in the future. Thank You Scott A. Kelly

ITS is proud of our quality products and our commitment to timely execution and customer service. This ensures that each part is an exact duplicate of every other part run in that job.

When choosing Innovative Tooling Solutions, Inc., you will also have at your disposal a high-tech laser for precision cutting projects that require tight tolerances for accurate fit and finish.

Because our customers have unique needs for their products and production lines, we work with them to design the best solution for those needs. Our products range from manually operated accessory production machines to fully automated stand alone machinery. Some of these machines include vacuum and magnetic feeders and stackers, automated drill fixtures to produce consistent hole patterns, and adjustable cutoff fixtures to index and feed materials to be cut to pre-programmed lengths. Our machines are designed to the customer's specifications, and we try to assess those needs through customer consultation to determine the objectives of the project as well as materials, budget, and time requirements.
