Marlton Pike Precision was founded in 1948 and currently has 18 employees. We have a long history of providing our customers with high quality machined components, industrial tooling, dies and mechanical assemblies. We have over 300 years of combined machining experience in our shop at your disposal. We offer the following services: CNC Turning up to 23" Diameter and 80" Long, CNC Milling, Broaching, Cylindrical Surface and Jig Grinding as well as MIG and TIG welding. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality and our quality program has been audited and approved under the MIL-I-45208 quality program requirements. We offer outstanding on-time delivery and provide value added services like JIT inventory and recommending design modifications to enhance performance and lower cost. We have manual as well as 2, 3 and 4-Axis CNC machines to handle prototype and small quantitiy requirements as well as larger production quantities. We are known for our close tolerance and difficult to machine work as well as our short lead times on emergency deliveries. We specialize in precision industrial tooling and fixtures, machining of welded assemblies, thin walled sleeves and shafts up to 80" long.
