K&E Plastics specializes in the machining of thermoplastics and thermosets, and we also offer a wide variety of additional services, including deburring, grinding, painting, tumbling, engraving, silk screening, and more. Our assembly services include installing terminals, inserts and pins and gluing parts within assemblies. We machine parts from all the phenolic and laminate grades such as, but not limited to: canvas, linen, paper based, FR-4, FR-5, G7, G11, G-10, G-5, and G-9. NEMA GPO polyesters, Delrin®, Extren®, Nomex®, UHMW, vulcanized fibre, Plexiglas® and other acrylics, Teflon®, Nylon, Lexan® and other polycarbonates, Fluorosint®, Ultem®, Ryton®, Peek, Torlon, Vespel, and Semitron are just a few of the different materials that we work with . We use only the highest-rated materials and state of the art CNC plastic machining equipment to ensure the highest quality parts possible.
