Georgia Hydraulic Cylinders supplies top quality, cataloged standard or custom parts manufactured to inch or metric dimensions.
The existing plant, built in 1995 was specifically designed to be a manufacturing facility. The plant layout provides for the smooth and efficient flow of raw material and finished parts. Overhead bridge cranes facilitate the movement of the largest component parts and completed cylinders, while CNC automated machining centers, lathes, bar feeders, and welding machines do their jobs. Pick and place robots allow our machinists to operate multiple machines, gauge and check manufactured parts, and optimize our production
We stock tube and rod stock raw material in addition to an extensive inventory of machined components parts to meet the needs of our customers. All machining is done in-house to allow us the best possible delivery. Finished parts are stored in an air conditioned stock room.
