In business since 1989, Flathers Precision is now located in a 6,100-square-foot facility. We have fifteen state-of-the-art CNC machining centers with capacities ranging from .125” cube to over five feet in length, along with three modern CNC lathes. Supporting our machining operation is a fully-equipped quality control department in compliance with ISO 9002 and MIL-I-45208A.
Flathers Precision produces top-quality parts and assemblies for a variety of industries including: Medical, Aerospace, Defense, Microelectronics, and Commercial and Custom applications. We are proud of the fact that all of our employees receive rigorous, on-the-job training at Flathers Precision. EQUIPMENT AND EXPERIENCE
Flathers Precision has sixteen state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, none more than five years old. Combine this modern equipment with over three decades of experience machining materials from Kovar to plastics to explosively bonded alloys and you have a manufacturing facility second to none in the precision machining industry. Flathers’ machines have pallet changers and rotary tables to support the tooling necessary for high-rate production. What’s more, the largest distributor of specialty alloys, like Kovar, is located only a half-mile from Flathers. This means same-day access to a huge inventory of these specialty metals to support short turn-around and high volume machining. This combination of equipment, facilities and expertise means outstanding products and customer service from Flathers Precision. Our reputation is built on it.
