Bees Manufacturing has been making precision machine parts since 1929. We handle prototype and production quantities and offer inventory management programs to a variety customers across the United States and Europe. Under new ownership since 2003, the company has expanded its capabilities through the recent acquistion of the assests of Pacetti Corporation (2005) and Cambridge Machine (2006). We have consolidated all production in our plant, just south of Boston.
Common materials used in manufacture include, but are not limited to:
Steels - stainless (300 series, 400 series, 17-4 PH), tool steels (S7, A-6)
Plastics - food and medical grades, delrin, lexan, nylon, ABS, UHMW, PVC
Aluminum (2024,6061 and 7075)

At Bees we are constantly improving, reinvesting, and upgrading our equipment and manufacturing processes for CNC milling and turning. We offer CAD/CAM capability (MasterCAM X) and have recently added a Browne and Sharp Tesa Height Gauge to our inspection department. We have a quality manual in place and can provide customers with certification of materials and manufacturing processes.
