Ballistic Fabrication is a world class manufacturer based in the off road automotive community. With strengths in suspension design and manufacturing know-how, we can help you with your project. Our 10,000 sq ft manufacturing facility houses HAAS CNC mills and lathes, none of which are older than late 06', as well as ultra high precision sheet metal fabrication equipment, including names such as Trumpf and Cincinnati. Our laser cutter uses state-of-the-art linear drive motion controllers that achieve rapid movements of 10,000 inches per minute (2.5 lateral G-Forces) which yields much faster production times and lower cost per part. Our Trumpf 5-axis press brake is absolute top of the line in speed, accuracy and repeatability, producing complex compound bends in sheet and plate steel with little effort. Ballistic Fabrication programs and designs with only top of the line software names, giving us the leading edge in program accuracy, quick quote times and an efficient plan-to-part process. We are only months away from receiving our ISO:9001:2008 quality certifications, and have been able to cut months off of the standard certification times because of our already comprehensive quality control and general procedure programs that we strictly adhere to. Ballistic Fabrication runs an online web page with product manufactured in-house. Due to the fact that we retail direct to the consumer and wholesaler, we have developed strong relationships with shipping / freight companies across the world that we have found to be reliable as well as very economical. Our Capabilities include : CNC Laser cutting, 5 axis CNC press brake forming, 4 axis CNC milling and high production CNC turning. Our high-end 5 axis turning centers are capable of machining difficult parts requiring multiple turning and milling operations in one setup. We also offer insured deliveries in our 53' semi truck / trailer, up to 50,000 lbs at a fraction of the cost of standard freight.
