About Astro Tool & Die Co Inc
Astro Tool & Die has been in business for over 40 years. We specialize in metal fabrication, custom tooling, die building, die repair, die design, progressive dies, reverse engineering, prototyping, water jet cutting, edm machining, precision welding, assembiles and metal stamping. We design and build Tool & Die components used in manufacturing products, ranging from the simple to extremely complex. Astro Tool & Die strives to be a one stop shop for all of our customers, so take some time to understand everything that Astro Tool & Die has to offer you: We have 2 in house EDMs, an Omax Water Jet machine, various CNC machines including a Mazak machine center, tree mill and a bridgeport mill. We have multiple in-house surface grinders, lathes and drill presses. Astro also has it's own stamping division with 19 presses ranging from 6 tons all the way up to 300 tons. Our assembly division offers many secondary operations for you as well. We are capable of welding, riveting, tapping, deburring and degreasing your parts. As well as custom packaging for any and all of your needs. Astro can also plate and finish all of your parts, so once again, you can look at us as a one stop shop.
