Marlton Pike Precision was founded in 1948 and currently has 17 employees. We have a long history of providing our customers with high quality machined components, industrial tooling, dies and mechanical assemblies. We have over 300 years of combined machining experience in our shop at your disposal. We offer the following services: CNC Turning up to 23" Diameter and 80" Long, CNC Milling, Broaching, Cylindrical and Surface Grinding as well as MIG and TIG welding. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality and our quality program has been audited and approved under the MIL-I-45208 quality program requirements. We offer outstanding on-time delivery and provide value added services like JIT inventory and recommending design modifications to enhance performance and lower cost. We are a standard job shop with the same capability's as most other shops out there. We can machine everything from delrin to titanium, but most of what we do is aluminum, stainless steel and 4140. We also do welding and fabricating, our welders are certified in tig, mig , and stick for any welding you may require. We are equipped with 4 Hurco cnc mills, the smallest one is a vm1 it has a work area of X26. Y16. and Z18. And the largest Hurco cnc mill has a work area of X50. Y20. and Z20. Our cnc's lathes are both Yang SL20 'S are have a 18 inch bed swing with a turn capacity of 20 inches in Z and a turn area of 8 in X.They cnc mills are made by Hurco which uses a very friendly but very powerfull control which cuts programming time by two thirds in most cases. Binary Mfg uses a lean manufacturing process, and along with a very low overhead cost, we are able to produce parts at a price lower then most competitors. K & R Precision Machining Co., in business since 1992, specializes in precision machining, as well as light assembly work.
Although we have worked with almost every type of metal, we prefer to work with aluminum, brass, titanium, tungsten, stainless steels, carbon steels, all steels, copper, inconel and plastics. We prefer to work with non ferrous metals.
We can hold tolerances of .0002”, and our ideal run quantity is 200 pieces and up.
We have extensive experience partnering with customers in the Aerospace, Aircraft, Medical, Transportation, Industrial Tool, Instruments and Optics industries, animation as well as the Military.
