We can work with all metal materials and house CNC wire EDM, CNC Milling and Turning, conventional milling machines, heat treating furnace and powder coating room. We have a full inspection department to ensure our customer’s quality expectations. Our standards meet with MIL-STD-45662 and we are currently working towards ISO certification. However, for those customers who require inspection reports, we have them available upon request.

Since the beginning, EDM Mfg, Inc. is constantly assisting our customers with various designs ranging from simple tools and fixtures to complex prototypes. We are the type of machine shop that is willing to work with and for our customers. EDM Mfg., Inc. is focused on wire EDM machining and CNC milling and that allows us to serve our customers more diligently because that is our specialty. Our CNC equipment is supported by high end programming system - NCL 502 CAM software. That CAM system allows us to program very efficient tool paths and maintain associativity between part geometry and tool paths. We have the experience and knowledge necessary to work on the project that we quote. We will always deliver on time.
