Infinity Machine Works offers a wide range of state of the art equipment, featuring all Okuma CNC machines including a Multus B300 Multi-function 7 axis turn-mill, MA600H horizontal with full 4th axis, LU-35 twin turret turning center w/15" chuck and 70" between centers, LU-25 twin turret turning center w/12" chuck and 25" betweeen centers and an MC60VAE vertical mill w/24" x 60" work envelope and full 4th axis head. Build to print manufacturer with eleven years experience in precision metal forming (brakeforming, hydroforming, extrusion forming, blanking, and hand forming) to 144" length. Sheet material is prepped on one of two Calypso waterjet systems with capacity to 72" x 144". Brakeforming on 6 foot, 8 foot or 12 foot brake presses. Extrusion forming (hot joggling) on Universal 2B 30 ton press. Also hydroforming on 300 ton press and blanking on 25 ton and 45 ton Roselle OBI punch presses. Fully equipped modern machine shop equipped with late model HAAS 3-Axis CNC mills ( VF1, VF4, VF6) with machining to 60" length.
