CMCSgroup LLC is a manufacturing company with two parts. Commercial Millwork (CM) is a 31 year old custom job shop that fabricates and installs high end architectural woodwork, casework, and millwork. Contract Supply (CS) is a 17 year old component manufacturer doing OEM work for our own operations, for large furniture manufacturers and distributors, and for various other types of business. Contract Supply also manufactures custom signage. We work primarily in wood and plastics, including acrylic solid surface materials such as Corian.
Our principal piece of production equipment is a late model flat bed CNC router with ATC. We also machine, sand, and otherwise process materials with more traditional woodworking and manufacturing equipment. We have finishing capabilities in house for painting and staining.
We utilize AutoCad and AlphaCam and Microvellum software for engineering and manufacturing.
We have also supplied and installed architectural woodwork for an award winning LEED certified project in Georgetown, Texas.

BLH Industries, Inc has been machining polymers, specifically high density polyethelene and acrylic for over fifteen years. A recent purchase of a new 3 axis, C.R. Onsround CNC Router has given us capabilities for production of plastic componets up to a size of 68" x 60". Our strong suit comes with the new CNC Router which enables us to produce products from sheet stock in Polymers. We also have a 3 axis, Mazak CNC Milling machine for smaller parts or prototypes which can be produced in size from 15" x 20".
