A significant customer service enhancement is the on-demand Live HELP implemented in this release of MFG.com. When technical assistance is needed, the buyer or supplier clicks on the Live HELP banner and immediately a Chat dialogue box appears. Within seconds, the name of the MFG.com customer service representative appears, and the MFG.com member can "chat" and work in real-time with a knowledgeable technical assistant. This new feature raises the standards bar for premier customer communication and service.

MFG.com v3.0 provides a restructured interface that drastically speeds
navigation with one-click access to RFQs, reports, messages and much more. Using
a more intuitive and leaner interface, users can quickly locate specific
detailed information throughout the entire MFG.com application. MFG.com v3.0
also provides a new level of usability. Users will find "dashboards" displaying
critical functions and fields, thus making it easier to manage, review, and
retrieve data specific to their needs.
Pricing and Support
MFG.com is a no-commission, non-auction Sourcing service. Buyers can post RFQs
for free. Suppliers pay a flat annual service fee or may opt for a monthly
payment plan with a twelve-month commitment. MFG.com customer service will
facilitate the posting of any RFQ without cost to the buyer.
