Kinnebrew Joins MFG.com Team as Chief Financial Officer

ATLANTA - July 21, 2003 - Mitch Free, president & CEO of MFG.com, announced today that Leigh S. Kinnebrew, CPA, would be joining the MFG.com team as Chief Financial Officer.

"Ms. Kinnebrew's experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, financial reporting and analysis - as well as numerous other financial disciplines - make her a consistent fit with our goals of steady growth, continued industry leadership and financial strength and stability. We expect Ms. Kinnebrew's contribution will be substantial as we continue to evolve our business model, and as we impact and give form to the growing e-commerce manufacturing marketplace."

As CFO, Kinnebrew will be responsible for treasury, financial operations and accounting functions within the company.

Kinnebrew holds Masters of Accountancy from Rice University (Texas), where she was a Jones Scholar, and a BA in economics/statistics, also from Rice.

Prior to accepting the position with MFG.com, Ms. Kinnebrew was Director of Finance for Reed Construction Data, a Reed Elsevier Group plc company, and a worldwide publisher and information provider with annual revenues in excess of $5 billion. Ms. Kinnebrew was directly responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis for a $100+ million division. Also while at Reed, Ms. Kinnebrew served as Controller and International Controller.

Prior to her tenure at Reed, Ms. Kinnebrew was Audit Senior, Ernst & Young (Atlanta) and Research Analyst, Ernst & Young (New York).

Ms. Kinnebrew is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Georgia.
