Atlanta, Ga., - April 8, 2002- MFG.com today announced the appointment of Mr. Jeremy Bruck as the company's new Vice President of Information Technology. Bruck was hired by MFG.com to design and implement advanced platform architectures and software strategies. He joins the fast growing private company after serving many years in the high technology sector, most recently as the former chief technologist and co-founder of agriculture software-maker 1stAg, Inc. Prior to launching 1stAg in 1997, Mr. Bruck was also president and CEO of AceWeb Interactive LLC, a custom Internet design and consulting company serving startups and Fortune 500 companies such as MCI, United Parcel Service and AST Computers. Bruck has also authored a book on Internet search engine marketing. MFG.com develops the sophisticated industrial sourcing technology that powers MFG.com and the MFG.com Network, a highly successful public eMarketplace for buying and selling custom manufacturing services.

Mr. Bruck will focus on the company strategy to continually progress the MFG.com platform into an enterprise level system that delivers the ultimate online sourcing technology. Bruck states he thrives on the fast pace and critical business needs of early stage software development companies. He studied marketing at Southern Illinois University.
