What is the Customer Showcase Program (CSP)?

MFG.com's CSP is an elite program that is designed to identify top-tier Buyers and reward them for being active Members of the MFG.com community.
Who is eligible for CSP?

CSP is only for those Buyers that have a least a 4.0 star rating and have met one of the criteria below:

  • Have awarded 10 or more RFQs
  • Have awarded over $25,000 worth of work
What are the benefits of CSP for a Buyer?

Expedited RFQs

CSP Buyers will have expedited release of their RFQs, allowing for seamless posting of RFQs more efficiently and effectively.

Exclusive Access

CSP members will have exclusive access to MFG.com events, industry best practices, newsletters and Web casts. In addition, CSP Members will have the opportunity to participate in MFG.com customer panels enabling them to give direct input to MFG.com as well as preview new MFG.com value-added features.

Assistance Sourcing Abroad

In the instance that a CSP Member wishes to source abroad, MFG.com will help the Buyer facilitate conversations and build relationships with Suppliers. This assistance includes helping bridge language barriers as well as facilitating site visits if necessary.

Membership does have its benefits! Since we realize participation requires valuable time and resources on your part - CSP Members will enjoy the many reward perks that we make available throughout the year to our participants.
