Production of a storage spacer. The buyer needs custom
0.75" dia dowel spacers for their latest media storage
solution. These are currently made in 5 lengths. Each
dowel requires male thread on one end and a female
on the other to enable modular stacking with little seam
miss-match. All lengths are on the full diameter excluding
male thread. Volumes projected to 50,000 per size per
year. Drawings are available upon request. Buyer will need
0.75" OD oak dowel in lengths of 1.19 in, 1.79 in, 2.99
in, 5.99 in, 11.99 in, 17.99 in, 23.99 in
and 29.99 in. Please quote as a set. The diameters are
+1/32 - 0 and the thread runout is 1/32. Please contact
the buyer with any questions.
