Approximately 2.625" x 1.313" x 0.0418".
Please check the attached drawing for details.
Spring steel clip finished in black oxide
and nickel plate. One half of the PO quantity must be
finished in Nickel Plate and the other half in Black Oxide, as specified on the print. We need a new supplier for producing this simple
part. An unfinished first article must be subimtted for
approval by our QC department BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS.
The edges must be broken. This part can not have any
exposed sharp edges. We suggest tumble or vibratory
deburring. The part must be heat treated and tempered.
