Production of a bolt assembly. Approximately:
1. Base cylinder: 10mm diameter, 3.25mm height
2. Top cyclinder: 6mm diameter, 6mm height. (Total height
of assembly is 9.25mm)
3. Hole in top cylinder: threaded for M4 bolt, 6mm
deep.
The Qty of 10 is for the initial prototype run, the 200 is
for the initial manufacturing run. Please see drawing for
specific dimensions. (If the 5052 grade aluminium is not available, any subsitute aircraft
grade aluminium will be acceptable.)
