The buyer seeks a manufacturer to manufacture rain water
tank.
Item Details
Item: rainwater tank
Material: Linear Low Density Poly Ethelene.
Thickness: min of 7.5mm – 15mm as per Australian standard.
The tanks will be a corrugated design.
7 sizes of tanks to be manufactured. These tanks will be
one stack. 1.9m dia x 1.9m high. Please see RFQs 109872,
110148, 110149, 110150, 110151, 110152, and 110154. Please
see other RFQs for other sizes.
These dimensions will be the required mold size. The
process will involve the tanks being molded as one unit and
the lid being cut off for transportation.
The buyer will provide:
• Detailed design
• Logo artwork
The first order will be for min 49 tanks. The buyer will
have to use 2 x high cube 40ft general purpose containers.
One container will carry 5 stacks of tanks and the other
will carry 2 stacks and lids. Once the buyer’s design is
finalised there may be room for another small stack of tanks
in the 2nd container.
The buyer would like to know the following questions:
• Has your company exported before? If so, which country?
• Does your company export to Australia? If so, which
company?
• Has your company exported this kind of product before? If
so, what exactly is your export product?
• Any suggestions regarding the packaging and transportation
• If you don’t have the material we require, please
recommend a material with the specification.
• Photo of your current similar product
• A one page introduction about your company (in separate
word or PDF file)
• Description of your quality control system (in separate
word or PDF file)
• Your best quote for FOB and CIF Brisbane Australia
• Minimum Order Quantities.
Once the buyer has received answers to the above, they will
send you the design.
