Wall Panel Marble
Production of finished wall/floor/ceiling panels for
prefabricated housing. Please quote all my Open RFQs. Wood
or stone.
Panels require manufacture with a CNC router due to precise
cut requirements and grooves for sides to slide into slots
of aluminum frame. Finished surface material required
ranges from hardwood (exotic and standard) to stone
(granite, marble, travertine). Finished panel surface
adhered to substrate backing, such as calsiboard, MDF, SIP.
Wall panels based on 4’ x 8’ (feet), 4’ x 9’, 4’ x 10’
Minimum R-value of 13 (wall) and 22 (ceiling). Please
