The buyer will need 60 pieces each for the three different materials, ie. 60 pieces for EPDM, 60 pieces for butyl, and 60 pieces for neoprene. It is also important to meet the tolerance requirements noted in the drawing. The buyer requested to use EPDM, butyl, and neoprene with a similar mechanical properties as Rhodorsil RTV-3040 (sunbeltmaterials.com/V-3040%200307%20BS.pdf) ie. Hardness (shore A)=35-45, elongation=300-600%, tensile strength=400-1500psi.
