Buyer is in search of a machinery manufacturer that can build a tube forming / corrugation machine that can produce the following product: Annular type corrugated stainless steel tube with stainless steel single layer braid Must meet or exceed ISO 10380 Type 1 hose, AISI 304L (same as UNS S30403) Stainless Steel hose and braid (a similar grade is EN 1.4306) Sizes: DN 20, DN 25, DN 32 (3/4", 1", 1-1/4") Pressure rating 12 bar (175 psi) minimum, preferable 16 bar (232 psi) 0.010" - 0.014" wall thickness and 1.000" ID hose Annual Volume = 1,000,000 meters (throughput).
