Snowmobile bar risers
Make forged aluminum handle bar risers for snowmobiles in
the shape I’ve supplied in the
PDF of my drawings. 16 other JPEG images provided for
competetion reference.
I want the bottom 4 holes threaded for 5mm machine screws
to mount it to the stock plate.
And the top part to be a clamp type like what is in the
pictures.
It needs to be shaped like the pictures that I drew.
I apologize for not being a good artist, but you will see
the shape.
Feel free to ask for any needed dimensions.
I’m including several pictures of how the competetion is
doing it with their 2 styles.
Mine is a combonation of their 2 styles in that I bolt
straight to the stock mount on the
snowmobile as do the ones in the box type pictures, but
with the top clamps for the handle
bars as in the dual clamp type pictures.
The top bolts on the clamps need be resessed into the
caps, allen head machine 6mm bolts.
I can send you the adapter peice for you to be able to
match up the bolt pattern.
The bottom
mount holes need be threaded for 5mm bolts.
