fiberglass lay up approximately 20’ x 2’ x 4". Please see
drawing for dimension specifications.
Top Surface: Rough machine, stress relieve, finish
machine, and polish (320 grit paper).
Back Side: Rough machine only.
Supplier must provide inspection data with molds.
Mold must be attached to a steel cart with wheels and
height adjustment from 28"-38"
Surface Tolerance +/- 0.010" - Hole locations +/- 0.005".
