Roto Molded Tank
Production of a Roto Molded Tank (Rotational Molding). Approximately 6.0 inch OD x 20.0 inch long. Please see drawing for all specifications. Buyer would like to request a quote for the attached Roto-Molded Vessel design. Buyer has included a 2D drawing and a Solidworks model of the vessel in question.
Buyer would like a quote for the design and fab of the mold, and cost per unit on quantity 50, 100, and 250 after a prototype run.
When Buyer launch their product, Buyer expect to use 100 to 200 pieces per month as a run rate.
Buyer would like to use HDPE (no added color) and figure around a .25" wall thickness. As a note the vessel may be pressurized to up to 10 psi.
