Revised; Base Saddle Stamping w/ Rubber Coating
Production of a Revised; Base Saddle Stamping w/ Rubber Coating (Stamping). Approximately 7.782 inch x 3.976 inch x 0.75 inch. Please see drawing for all specifications. This part is to be stamped from 1/32" 304 stainless steel sheet metal. there will be be 4 small welds per piece. It's to be rubber coated top and bottom on the saddle end starting from the raised step. The rubber must stay pliable in weather ranging from -15c to +30c there will also be two straps that need to be riveted to the part in 4 places. Buyer will source the straps so long as the manufacturer is willing to accept delivery as needed.
