Production of a flange. Part will be Mild Steel approximatly 5" x 4.5" x 0.38". See Drawings for clarifications. (thickness of material is ~.375). Part is cut, then has a milled groove, and has (3) M10x1.5 tapped holes. The face with out the milled groove should be sandblasted to provide for a better surface for welding. Parts should be cleaned and deburred prior to delivery.
