Interface Card Mount
Production of an interface card mount. This part requires
aluminum fabrication with standoffs and studs. Bending of
sheet aluminum is required. The stated standoffs and studs
will need to be pressed into the part. The final part will
have a finish that is specified in the drawing. The final
part shall arrive built and assembled as shown in the
drawing. Contract will be for two (2) initial pieces. If
the
quality or material is not as specified, the additional 78
parts will not be ordered. The original two part quote must
allow for any overage in material in case the remainder of
the parts are not ordered. No substitution in material is
allowed. Include shipping as a seperate line item charge.
CAD drawings will be available to the bid winner.
IDEAS-NX12 is the CAD software used, but iges and dxf
formats are also available.
