Injection mold tools
Production of an injection mold to make a Injection mold
tools. Approximately 616mm x 368mm x 34.3mm. Material is
steel. Please see drawing for all specifications. Unless
otherwise stated, the drawing takes precedence.
Tools are for a new fitness product. First run will be 500
or 1000 units with larger runs to follow. Molded parts to be
made of black ABS. Quote is for tools to make 7 parts,
which may be less than 7 tools if multiple cavities are
used. Please provide quotes for each tool. Parts 21,22,
and 29 must be made in twice the quantity of the others.
