IO Expansion Board
I have 4 PCBA’s to source. They are all full turn key.
Supplier should quote PCB procurement, SMT and thru hole.
Supplier to procure all parts but buyer will secure initial
purchase for startup. Gerbers for the PCB’s and BOM’s are
attached and called out in each PCBA BOM -
Board 1: IO Expansion Board (BOM-R001224_01)
Board 2: IO Detector Board (BOM R001221_01)
Board 3: Emitter Board (BOM: R001220_01)
Board 4: LED Board (BOM R001227_01)
For Volume requirements see Volume spreadsheet
Special Note: Emitter and Sensor board use the same PCB
populated differently. Therefore only 3-PCB’s needed for
the assemblies. Buyer will pay for stencils and normal
tooling associated to SMT and contract manufacturing MFG
quote will not allow a zip file to load so please see the
individual BOM’s to identify which PCB’s are required for
each assembly.
