Hydraulic Adapter
Buyer is in search of purchasing standard fittings PN 5406-20-12. He feels the volumes now justify custom manufacturing. All parts should be manufactured to SAE specifications and Zinc Trivalent plated, 120 to 150 hours to red rust. Packaging: Caps and plugs are required. Fittings shall be packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with the following information clearly printed on the outside of each box:
Part Number P.O. Number
Quantity Batch Number
Weight Box Number Sequence (1/35, 2/35, 3/35, etc)
Maximum Weight per Box-50 lbs or 23 KG. Boxes are to be stacked on pallets and fully enclosed in seaworthy crates. Sides and tops of crates must be a solid material. Plastic wrap over an open wooden frame is NOT acceptable. EACH CRATE MUST BE MARKED OR LABELED SPECIFYING THE ENCLOSED PART NUMBERS AND QUANTITITES.
