Fuel Rail - 8125
Buyer needs to have the tooling made to produce this part,
then have the parts extruded,
machined, polished and anodized. Buyer would like to have
color choices of clear and/or
black. Buyer would also would like logo on one end and
can provide a vector graphic of the
logo. Buyer has two different versions, one is a two
color, the other has many colors and
fades/transitions, it is updated logo, which is preferred
if possible. Please give estimate on the logo for now,
just a ballpark and buyer can hammer out the details once
buyer has decided to award this project.
The 4 holes in the bottom of the rail, that go up into the
main cavity, are made by a special
tool that we can provide. It will take care of everything
in those 4 holes except for a small
radius on the bottom edge to ease installation of the fuel
injector into the hole, so the only
thing you need is the center point of those 4 holes, and
that very bottom radiused edge.
Buyer is attaching the part drawing from SolidWorks, as
well as a few different formats. All of
these are only for one single part. The drawings A-E are
just different views/dimensions of
that same part. The drawings A-E are also attached in
several different formats. Putting
them all on one page would have been too cluttered.
For some reason, exporting these drawings to DXF/DWG
formats, always seems to come
out wrong and buyer can not fix it. Buyer doesn’t have
any way to check them to see what they look like in those
formats, sorry.
