Frame
Here are the drawings for the product. The green rails are
nylon type material. The yellow coloured parts are
fasteners. Wingscrew type with a flanged receiver sleeve
which will have a square profile. The colourless channels
are cut through the full thickness of each rail.
The grey part is a spacer with 8mm inside diameter. o/s
14mm.
The red parts are batons of impact resistant nylon core(or
aluminium) with a neoprene type outer sleeve.
The buff coloured part will be a tension spring(loop-
ended).
The brown part is a spindle assembly either with a locking
ball pin with retainer sleeve which has a greater diameter
part way down to allow the balls to spring out and lock in
place; or with a flanged spindle the flange locating on the
bottom of the green strap with a quick release catch that
can be incorporated in the swing arm assembly head.

The schematics are as follows:
Frame
2 of guide rails : 120cm x 7cm x 4mm
2 of guide rails : 95cm x 7cm x 4mm
Each rail has channels cut out to allow the frame to
adjusted using fasteners (also plastic material). The
channels are 8mm. This will allow a fastener sleeve of o/s
diameter 8mm to fit through the channels. The sleeve
should be square(Plan elevation) and not round to allow the
fastener to be tightened without having to lift the product
off the ground. The inside diameter will be 6mm to accept
a
6mm threaded Wingscrew type fastener. The frame assembly
will incorporate the use of neoprene type washers to
prevent
the fasteners from slipping once tightened. A late stage
design change means that the 95 cm rails now come in 2
separate pieces and are hinged
together to allow the product to fold. No great hardship
but isn’t shown in the drawings.
