Production of a endbell for small direct current electric
motor used in the general aviation industry.
Approximately 0.904" OD x 0.200" long. Please see
drawing for dimension specifications. This part has
longitivty, have been buying the basic configuration since
1968 and making the -3 & -5 in house.
Buyer is seeking a package deal on the basic, -3 & -5
configurtions.Buyer currently have a supplier for the 410
sintered steel but, are seeking market bids on machine
from 316 stainless steel. Buyer will consider 410 sintered
stainless material but mold tooling may be cost
prohibitive. The buyer is having this part quoted in
multiple categories in order to determine the most cost
effective method of manufacture.
