Production of a barrel trim. Part is a hydraulic cylinder 1.6" sq x 7.07" long. Cylinder bore and sealing diameters are +/-.001 tolerance. Surface finish inside and out is important for function as well as for cosmetic requirements. Please quote part complete as per drawing with anodized finish. Extrusion tooling to be quoted separately as the buyer will cover the cost of the tool. Please see drawing for dimension specifications.
