Audio Device Interface Cables
Production of a Audio Device Interface Cables (Injection & Blow Molding). Please see drawing for all specifications. Buyer is looking for a qualified supplier that can assemble the pictured cables and perform the injection molding. PCB Assemblies (PCAs) that are molded into this cable will be provided by Buyer fully assembled and tested. The supplier would order all other parts, solder the cable to the PCA, pot the cable, and attach the cables to the end connectors. Testing is done with a multi-meter, about 15 min per cable. Cable Assembly Drawings, Bill of Materials, and Solid Works model of the potted section will be provided to qualified suppliers responding to this RFQ. Testing documents will be provided after award. Qty 52 this year, about same the next year, but 1000+ units for the three years after that. USA companies only, all work to be performed in the states, and no outsourcing allowed.
