A buyer in Hampshire, UNITED KINGDOM is looking to source 1 parts (Molding). We are looking for extruded tri-layer tape, as per the following specification, which will be used to produce carrier tape. - 56mm wide
- 300um thick (total)
- 1000m per reel
- PS (Polystyrene) / ABS /PS mix
- 10% / 80% / 10% mix ratio
- Reeled on cardboard hub
- Rotary formed sprocket holes
- Must NOT be linear punched holes
The attached part drawing includes all dimensions and tolerances. We are initially looking for 10 Reels x 1000m for testing on our systems, with further quantities to follow.
