Si'xing Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in February, 2000, is a manufacturer professional in die-casting and precision machining of aluminum alloy products. This Zhuzhou-based company covers an area of 6,000 sq. m. and has 85 staff members and workers. With a registered capital of RMB 5 million, its total assets reached RMB 25 million.
Being a CQC ISO 9000 certified company since 2004, Si’xing has passed the examination of NQA and is now operating under the TS16949 system.
Si’xing has more than 80 various kinds of equipments, among which are six cold chamber die casting machines with locking forces ranging from 280 to 800 metric tons, one Japanese SHOEI natural gas melting furnace, nine South Korean Doosan CNC vertical machining centers of different types (TC400, NM415, MYX 545) and four LYX 235 CNC lathes, one Swedish HEXAGON ISPECTOR three-coordinate measuring machine, one German BRUKER Q2 direct-reading spectrometer and other precision measuring equipments.
Si’xing has an elite management team including several well-educated and professional section chiefs who are in charge of technology, quality control and production. They all have once worked for die-casting JVs for at least ten years and are very experienced in designing die-casting molds, as well as in using the ADSTEFAN mold flow analysis software to analyze product mold structures.
